5th North American Historical Novel Society Conference

Looking to market your product, service or organization to the historical fiction community? As a sponsor of the Historical Novel Society’s 5th North American Conference, you’ll get the word out to more than 300 of the most devoted historical fiction readers and authors in the world. We offer a number of different sponsorship opportunities. The HNS Conference (official name) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We welcome general contributions as well as sponsors for specific events, listed below. We also welcome book donations of single or multiple copies, to be used as prizes for our costume pageant winners and thank-you gifts for our volunteers. Please be assured that any and all donations are helpful and sincerely appreciated. All sponsors will be listed in our conference program.

Gold Sponsor – $3,000+
- Includes two complimentary conference registrations
- Complimentary full-page ad in the conference program

Silver Sponsor – $2,000-2,999
- Includes one complimentary conference registration
- Complimentary 1/2 page ad in the conference program

Bronze Sponsor – $1,000- 1,999
- Complimentary 1/4 page ad in the conference program

Reception Sponsor – $2,000
- Your company name/logo will be prominently displayed at our cocktail reception on either Friday or Saturday night.

Tote Bag Sponsor – $1,500
- Your company name/logo will appear on one side of the canvas tote bags, which will be distributed to all 300 conference attendees at registration. (Conference logo will appear on reverse side.)
