Tampa International Airport is the best and closest airport to use when travelling to St. Petersburg, which is about 30 minutes away. We’ve negotiated with the Hotel Vinoy and with The Hollander Hotel to get some discounts on various travel options, including rental cars (see below).

After collecting luggage, exit the doors at either end of Baggage Claim to the “Ground Transportation” area. Check in at the SuperShuttle kiosk and inform the agent of your reservation. Upon arrival at the Tampa International Airport, please proceed to your airline’s baggage claim area. Your driver will be standing between the bottom of the escalators and the luggage belts. The driver will be holding a sign with your name or group’s name on it. Please check in with your driver prior to collecting luggage. Open 24 hours.
